INDUSTRIAL COMMISSION OF ARIZONA DIRECTORY OF ICA SUBSTANTIVE POLICY STATEMENTS ADOSH

Please Note: The ICA has adopted all or part of various substantive policies of other agencies of government. In each case, it publishes a "Notice of Substantive Policy Statement" in which the policy that has been adopted in whole or in part is specified, and in most cases, how to obtain a copy of that document from its proponent organization. This page allows you to download just the ICA's Notices.

These substantive policy statements are advisory only. A substantive policy statement does not include internal procedural documents that only affect the internal procedures of the agency and does not impose additional requirements or penalties on regulated parties or include confidential information or rules made in accordance with the Arizona administrative procedure act. If you believe that a substantive policy statement does impose additional requirements or penalties on regulated parties you may petition the agency under A.R.S. § 41-1033 for a review of the statement.
