A.R.S. = Arizona Revised Statutes, all applicable statutes are located at A.R.S. Title 23, Chapter 2
A.A.C. = Arizona Administrative Code (also known below as the "Rules") are found at the Secretary of State's Website. All are Title 20, Chapter 5.

| Wage Claim (WC) | The employer owes the claimant for unpaid wages such as hourly wages, salary, piece rate, bonus, commission, mileage reimbursement, unauthorized deductions, etc. |

Payment Compliance (PC) |
The employer does not pay the claimant on prescribed pay dates, does not provide a paystub, etc. |

| Equal Pay (EP) | The employer pays the claimant less money than employees of the opposite sex in the same job, position, or classification |

| Earned Paid Sick Time (EPST) | The employer does not provide or pay AZ sick time or does not comply with the posting or recordkeeping requirements |

| Minimum Wage (MW) | The employer does not provide or pay AZ minimum wage or does not comply with the posting or recordkeeping requirements |
|
| EPST & MW Retaliation (RT) | The employer retaliated against the claimant for exercising protected sick time and/or minimum wage rights such as if the claimant suffered a termination, demotion, reduction in hours, written warning, etc. |

| Youth Labor (YL) | The employer does not comply with the AZ youth labor laws related to prohibited equipment/occupations for all youths under 18 and/or hours violations for youths under 16. |
