OSHA Video Presentations: Preventing Construction Worksite Hazards
Every year in the U.S., more than 800 construction workers die and nearly 137,000 are seriously injured while on the job because they engage in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards.
To help the construction industry learn how to protect its workers, OSHA has issued 12 educational videos about workplace hazards. Available in both Spanish and English, each video presents a worksite incident based on actual accidents that resulted in worker injury and death, then summarizes corrective actions to prevent it. Most are animated and range between two and four minutes in length
Please be advised that these videos deal with deaths at construction sites and may be disturbing for some people.
