Any interested party (or their authorized representative) with a claim currently in litigation at the ICA’s ALJ Division will be able to serve the ICA using the new filing system. The preferred method of service is via the webform/document upload feature in the new ICA Community. 

However, in the event an interested party opts instead to serve the ICA by SFTP, Electronic Fax, U.S. Mail, or Hand Delivery, use of this form is requested.
