Any interested party (or their authorized representative) with a claim currently in litigation at the ICA’s ALJ Division may file claim documents with the ICA and have a self-provided copy of those documents submitted to be scanned into the ALJ Division’s Active Litigation File.
These documents will then be accessible electronically by the parties and the Court via the Claims Division’s Interested Party Portal (IPP) under the ALJ Active Litigation File Tab.
Please note that registration in the Claims Division’s Interested Party Portal (IPP) is required for access to the ALJ Active Litigation File. For registration information, please visit the Interested Parties Tutorial.
This form must be used when submitting documents to be scanned into the ALJ Division’s Active Litigation File.
Please fill out the form completely. If the document to be submitted is not listed on the form, check the document type “miscellaneous” provided on the form. Note: Only one document type on the form can be checked per submission. Failure to complete the form correctly may cause a delay in processing.
After the form is completed, place it on top of the document and submit both to the ICA.
For additional information regarding the ALJ Division’s Active Litigation File and the document scanning process, please refer to the Document Scanning User Guide available at the ICA Main Reception Desk.
